(as a service user),

I dislocated my right shoulder and was in a lot of pain, all the staff I encountered- Doctors, Nurses and students were all very helpful and professional- I cannot thank them enough for their care. I have not a single bad word to say about them. I felt reassured that I was in the right place and treatment would be provided to me as soon as possible. As I was in some pain, I was not aware of time passing - I felt the time I was waiting before treatment was very reasonable and that my quality of care was excellent as well as the staff working to be efficient with their time. I am very grateful to all at Grantham A& E and praise them for their continued hard work.
