"Belittled by consultant"

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital / Urology

My wife attended the construction urologist yesterday 14 November. My wife had been referred due to blood in her urine by her Gp. Unfortunately on the day in question the blood level was not as high as had been the case.

The consultant hasn’t read the notes on my wife and used the words you are in a flap aren’t you, then proceeded to lean back put their hands behind their head a tittered and tutted throughout as if my wife was wasting their time. The whole process was demeaning unprofessional and down right rude. Any person passing literally red urine should not be treated this way either male or female and I think a word needs to be had about their manner that they treat patients. Very disappointing.
