Hi

I recently had a hospital stay in Ward 11 in Wishaw General Hospital. From the Triage, on arrival, through the Access Ward to the Stay in Ward 11, the staff and care were exceptional. All the cleaning staff, auxiliary staff, nurses and doctors were kind, caring and very professional and I want to thank each and every one of them for looking after me so well. Thanks in particular to Jean, Sonia and Rose for their unstinting and exceptional attention, Andrea for her company, Karen for her cheery smile and keeping the ward immaculate and to Dr Loudoun for his expertise and kind, concerned manner.

Thanks to EVERYONE !!!
