I had an operation on 28th September, although very fuzzy, I do clearly remember how wonderful the guys were in the recovery room. I was very concerned that my partner knew I was ok, they called him for me.
I just remember being taken care of so well, down to the porter and nurse who took me to the ward. I remember the porter joking with me.
I was admitted into the Kingfisher Ward 28th September, post surgery and stayed one night.
The care I received was just amazing, I was so impressed.
The staff are clearly busy but always attend to you with warmth and a smile on their face. I really am impressed at their positive attitude.
I wish I could remember their names sorry, I was recovering is my excuse. But the nurse at night, the next day and the trainee were just amazing.
I wish I could convey how wonderful they were.
I also wanted to mention the member of staff who was in charge of the food trolley, who always had a smile on their face and who was so helpful in getting my water.
Its people like that who make the experience of being in hospital that little bit easier.
