"They need to change management"

My daughter has been bed ridden and high temperature with really bad sore throat for 3 days. I thought enough waiting I will get her to see a doctor. All the symptoms point towards her having pneumonia. Called the GP and they said take her to walk in centre cause the are only seeing emergency cases today. This practice is going from worse to worse. Before I could beg for a nurse to see my kids now even that has been taken away. I mean why don’t they just shut this practice and put people out of there misery. Atleast the people who live around this GP won’t have a false hope.
