About: King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

I was referred from GP with Chest pain on Monday pm, after a short wait I was triaged. At every point of contact I was treated politely and professionally. The nurses and Dr I came in contact with were polite, knowledgeable open and empathetic.

I felt they listened well and I was treated as an individual . Thankfully for me I was ok and returned home. I was given a first class service free at the point of delivery all was completed within 4hours could not ask for better care. Thank you to all involved for providing my care.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments and so pleased that you had a good experience at our A&E department both in term so of the staff who treated you and the relatively short time you had to spend in the department. It's good when we can do it right and we are trying very hard to replicate your experience with as many of patients as possible. Thank you again for sharing.
