My husband just had his operation which went well, the consultant was great and explained everything. The staff nurses were not very organised which was very disappointing, although they were nice and friendly but they did not get my husband out of bed till the next day even tho he did not have an operation on his legs, a staff nurse even commented on this. They then didn't order his tablets so we had to wait around for them to be delivered. However the staff nurse dealing with this did the best they could. Paying private should mean a better service but it doesn't seem this way here.
