"Each patient is treated as an individual"

My mother has been a resident at Herncliffe Care Home, Keighley for the last three years. I cannot speak too highly about the service which it provides.

The quality of care is excellent. Staff attend to residents' personal needs with great sensitivity. Each patient is treated as an individual with every effort made to respect his or her dignity. Standards of cleanliness and general order are high.  

Management and oversight are exercised with diligence, and the administration of the home is highly efficient.
