"Need Review"

The GP need review of it's operations.

The staff are unfriendly, without care of patients welfare.

I recently came back from a holiday and was reacting to the Sun screen I was using. I went to Derry Court practice. I was in severe pain, my eyes were like on fire

The staff just told me they cannot help me, to go to Basildon hospital. I asked them to call ambulance for me but they refused and asked me to leave the surgery.

It was a passer-by who saw me in agony that called an ambulance and state it ed with me till ambulance arrived.

It is actually unfortunate that the staff there work in care sector. They have no atom of care or apathy.

Their level of service is a shame to the NHS, which they represent.
