"Excellent A&E experience"

I came in today with a sprained ankle which I thought might be broken. I was almost immediately assessed and then waited in the waiting room for an hour or so. I then saw a doctor, had an X-ray and was given some crutches - in an out in 90 minutes.

Throughout, the staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. They communicated very well so I knew what to expect at every turn and helped to make the experience a really good one, considering my pain. It really was a fantastic service - thank you very much for all you do.
