"Endoscopy Department"

I recently had an appointment at the Endoscopy department and I was very apprehensive of the procedure, but from the moment I arrived at Reception I was treated with the utmost kindness and understanding. All the staff are caring and friendly, but very professional, and the Consultant and the team who carried out my investigation couldn't have been nicer, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and even sharing a joke along the way.
