"Very pleasant staff"

This visit was for pre op assessment. I was seen nearly on time. The member of staff who saw me was very pleasant helpful, knowledgeable and was an excellent communicator.
After I left I had a cup of coffee and another nurse found me to tell me I needed a blood test,
to save me returning to the department I was handed the notice to take to haematology.
There again I was seen by a pleasant member of staff.

What wonderful feedback - thank you very much for taking the time to let us know of our recent experience at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
What is really apparent is that all staff you came across had the same high standards of care and professionalism. This is just as it should be and is lovely to read.
