"MSK service comprehensive assessment"

I was assessed by an experienced physio who listened with care, read my notes and explained what they considered my problem to be caused by. The physio was thorough and treated me as an individual, giving me time to explain my history and showed me the X-ray, explaining it.

Maybe I should have asked more questions (often the case after one leaves a consultation!) but I was told I could contact them at anytime I felt the need. This s gave me confidence about the physiotherapist's commitment and concern for me.
