"Excellent"

I arrived in the early hours of Thursday, November 9.

The A&E team matched the care, compassion and professionalism shown by the ambulance crew that attended to me at the hotel at Heathrow T4.

Everybody who helped were just fantastic and I can't speak highly enough of all those involved.

I regret not being able to recall the names of those who were involved with my care.

Such was the efficiency of the A&E team my wife and I were even able to get to Heathrow just in time to catch our 9am flight home to Australia.

Thank you for such fantastic care, I am forever grateful to all involved.
