"Avoid if you can"

About: Ealing Hospital / Accident and emergency

Admitted through urgent care then A & E waited 4 hours to see Doc severe pain, turned out to be compartment syndrome, was offered paracetamol and because they had given me lunch couldn’t have the operation I required. On ward dirt and dead flies everywhere, all equipment seems broken and nurses having stand up arguments with docs. Apparently a doctor saying hello is treatment!

Food just awful and with a few exceptions the nurses just can’t be bothered.

I was saddened to learn of your experience and apologise for the poor level of service you have received.

Can I suggest that you contact our PALS team on 0800 0641120 or 020 8967 5221 or by email on LNWH-tr.ehPALS@nhs.net and we will be able to investigate this further.

Kind regards

Pam
