"They did not give me the correct amount of..."

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

I went into A&E as i suffer from asthma and as i had a cold so my asthma got worse, i went into the hospital and the care was really good at the beginning, i was attended immediately, after, they put me in a room, the nurse took my blood pressure and left me waiting for about 45mins, i called the nurse in as i needed another nebuliser as i couldnt breathe again, i asked for it but they didnt bring for about another 20 minutes, when you cant breathe, 20 minutes is a long time. They also gave me steriods, i asked for water to have the steriods with and again i was waiting ages. Everything after that was fine, they gave me my medication and i went home. They told me to have 8 tablets every morning for 4 days, i got home, i counted the tablets and saw that they did not give me enough tablets for the full 4 days. So i went back to the hospital and i told them about it, their records was all mixed up, they signed me in for 2 days when i was only in on one day and they looked in the log book to see when i arrived and what medication i got and they never wrote it down, which means that it was not logged in that i was there. After waiting they got my file and read everything they said that they cant give me more tablets, that the only way i would get the right amount of tablets would be if i stayed in A&E and got another check up, which means waiting for hours in the hospital because of a mistake that they made. So i basically paid for these tablets that i didnt get enough of which means i cannot complete my prescribed medication properly, which means that in the next month of so i will need to go back to my gp for another round of medication because they did not give me the right amount that the doctor prescribed and the only thing they were saying is that they are sorry, but sorry is not enough when i wont have my proper medication and paying for something that i never received.
