My keyworker is hardly every here when I come for my appointments but is helpful on the occasions they have been.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry that you don't feel that your keyworker is available as much as you would like. I would suggest contacting the team leader to discuss your concerns so that we can find a way forward in supporting you in your recovery.
