"Friendly, helpful staff"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Gosport

(as a service user),

When i first came into the hub, I was extremely anxious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome. We chatted and they explained what  they are here for, and what different ways that they could help me with. It took around three visits before I could start treatment, which isn't really too long to wait.

Even though I have recently joined some of the staff know who I am and call me by my first name which is nice.

The hub itself is clean, bright and very new.

Thank you for your comments. It's not easy taking those first steps and am pleased for you that you took the courage to visit the Gosport Hub and access support. I am also glad that you have found the experience a positive one and that you like our new building. Wishing you well in your continued recovery.
