When I first met dara mat inclusion I wasn't in a nice place but with their support and help 1 year later I'm finally getting somewhere. Best thing I did.

Inclusion have offered me so many ways of support with recovery from alcohol and drug: I am still on relapse prevention medication for my alcohol. However am supporting self really well and taking steps for long term recovery.

Great story and the first thing that comes to mind is that you say YOU are 'getting somewhere'. We can help, guide and support but it is YOU who are doing the hard work. It sounds like things are going well for you and I'm sure that will continue. Keep going and all that hard work will pay off in the end!
