I have just returned home from a total knee replacement at WGH and can honestly say that from the moment of my admission to my discharge, I was treated with the utmost care and dignity by all staff with whom I came into contact with. Ward 7 staff are truly first class and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained very clearly beforehand and I always was encouraged to ask questions if there was anything I needed to know.
So nurses, consultant, registrar, porters, cleaners, theatre staff, caterers and any other group, many many thanks for making my stay the best is possibly could be. Sometimes, the NHS can get bad press so I am more than happy to offer genuine compliments where it is deserved.
Professional caring at its very best, thank you again.
