"Left to suffer"

I am really unwell, I think I have a serious illness but I just can not get any help from the NHS. My GP will not help me, they keep cancelling my appointments so its clear they are giving them to someone else. I got a referral to the Royal Surrey months ago and I got an appointment through but because I am so unwell I asked the Royal Surrey if they would see if I could get the appointment sooner because I do not know what to do now. I just can not carry on. I do not know why but they ignored me. I can not believe this is how a hospital would treat someone. I wish they would stop and imagine themselves or someone they love being treated like this, how would they feel about it. I am now out of options except one. Thank you for this.
