"Utter disgrace!"

I have never encountered such rudeness and condensation from a Doctor in all of my life. The Dr I saw has appalling communication and interpersonal skills, the Dr actually raised their voice and shouted at me when I asked questions about my healthcare options. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to see an alleged 'medical professional' practically spit their dummy out like a baby and have a hissy fit when I asked why I had been referred to them if they are now telling me that they are not a specialist in coccyx pain, which is the sole reason I was referred. I have to make a 3 hour round trip and take a half day off work everytime I come to see them. I have been 3 times so far and only now does this Dr tells me they are not a specialist. I have been referred to this doctor by my NHS GP who have paid for my consultation, Mri scan and today's meeting which was about the results of my scan. Why has this hospital and this doctor taken money from the cash strapped NHS and wasted it by sending me to a doctor who themself said and I quote 'I admit I don't know how to help you, it is not my area, I need to refer you to someone else' - why did the doctor even accept the referral in the first place? My results showed no issues on the Mri, nothing wrong, everything normal, yet the Dr wants to refer me for spinal surgery and couldn't explain to me why! And I have the cheek to question why I would be being referred for surgery if this doctor has just told me that there is nothing wrong on my scan!! I think anyone in their right mind would want to know why they are being referred for surgery! An utter disgrace!
