"Very supportive at a difficult time"

I have been visiting this drs surgery on behalf of my mum who has terminal cancer for the past 6 months. Although sometimes me and my family are emotional and difficult they have always been very patient and supportive throughout. The telephone system at the surgey has improved and it is much easier to get through which makes a massive difference. From the practice mananger, doctors and to the receptionist i would like to say thank you for your care and concern for my mum in her final time
