I've recently attended the radiology department for an x-ray, staff polite, but neither reception or the radiologist had any idea about how patients were able to claim for travel expenses, It would be ideal if all staff were able to understand how patients can claim for travel. There was no form to hand. In to cashier office for this, I was given a small slip of paper to hand in..Would it not be ideal if patients could claim for travel expenses on a universal claim form throughout the hospital and that staff were aware how we can do this, I have this problem of claiming everytime I attended the hospital. Otherwise there care received was good. And quick. Why though. Do you. Have to wait for a week 10 days to find out what was wrong with my chest, the outcome of the x-ray, it be assuring if they could give me some idea what was wrong when I left. Thank you.
