Had to take an elderly neighbour to A&E at St Helier's and I cannot praise the whole team enough for the fantastic and caring service that they provided.
You all need medals for your patience and understanding for everyone, as dealing with rude patients cannot be easy and to remain upbeat and polite when being groused at is a brilliant trait for you all.
