We turn up for my daughters allergy test in children's outpatient to find out that they are unable to do it, due to consultant cancelling today's clinic. Apparently they tried to phone once & didn't bother leaving a answer machine message. Therefore unaware, my husband has take day off work to drive me, my daughter & our 5 week old baby in for the appointment, as we live in Watford. We also paid £4 for parking to find out it's all a waste of our time & money.
This has made us very annoyed & frustrated, plus we wasted money on petrol & parking.
"Appointment cancelled"
