"Terrible a and e service"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

Waited 3 hours when there were 3 people in a&e the nurses behind the enhanced urgent care centre were having coffee laughing while people were in pain outside. There was no one at the desk either we had to keep knocking on the window to try and speak to someone to obtain a rough timescale.
