About: Cognition and mental health in aging

(as a relative),

The ongoing mental health care provided by Wandsworth Services for Cognition and Mental Health in Ageing has been Supportive and caring especially from CPN Calvin  and outreach psychologist Shaherun. I can raise any concerns regarding my mother’s care without feeling a nuisance. I am always included and have always been able to contact the CPN who always endeavours and succeeds in resolving any issues.
