I was admitted to RD & E following a telephone call to the Hospital by my GP and received an emergency procedure for a dangerous aortic aneurism.
This is a difficult operation with uncertain results.
The surgical team undoubtedly saved my life and the subseqent care in the hospital was above reproach.
This happened some years ago and I have only just discovered this web page, hence the delay.
Besides the above both my partner and I have received other treatment at the RD & E and have always found the care, both medical and personal, to be exemplary
