"Outrageous"

About: Frimley Park Hospital / Ophthalmology

Took them 9 months to realise i may need a protective lens with coronary abrasion issues, agony for months on end with poor decisions of my health, fear i may have damage perminantly now, protective lens fell out after a week spent an hour in a and e today for them to tell me i cant get one and theyve made me an appointment for "emergency appointment" (if you can call it that) in the eye clinic tommorow like i dont work!!! btw i have spent more than 30 hours in the waiting room this year in the eye clinic, an absolute joke the entire department, just when i think theyre helping something goes wrong, dont know what to do in all honesty.
