"Organisation"

I had my flu vaccination at Wistaria surgery, Lymington, recently..

It was my first flu jab there as I am now 65.

I must say I was really impressed with the organisation. They have it down to a fine art!

I was immediately checked in and given a red card. A volunteer was there with the question sheet and I was guided to a waiting area.

No sooner had I sat down that I was called in for the vaccination.The red card indicated where I had to go. The vaccination was quick and painless. Off I went on my way through the one way system.

Absolutely brilliant!

Well done everyone! Another satisfied customer.
