"Uncaring, time consuming and pointless making..."

I came to the 'fracture' clinic on 31St October. I had an appointment yet waited an hour to be seen. Luckily I wasn't parked in the hospital car park as I'd have had to go back out and put more money in the meter for extra time, in which time risking losing them shouting my name for my turn as I was there alone.

Saw a member of staff and I have to say they couldn't have been more uninterested if they'd tried, they barely cared when I explained what the problem was and why I was there, they saw me for literally 2 minutes (after I had waited a whole hour after my scheduled appointment), to then have to go to xray and wait a further 40 minutes there, then go back to the fracture clinic (and let me say it's not just next door! Whilst on crutches!)

This member of staff then tried to fob me off saying I shouldn't be on crutches anymore, so I said I was still in pain so what am I supposed to do?

They are so uncaring and uninterested. I hope this review gets passed to the necessary people for them to look into their caregiving or lack thereof!
