About: St James's University Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I want to say a big thank you to the staff on the delivery suite at st.james. I also want to say thank you to the student midwife who helped one of the other midwifes deliver my baby and has been very supportive.

i had my baby on saturday 18th december at in the evening. her name is destinee-rose. please could you find out who the two staff were and tell them i said a big THANK YOU.
