"Excellent service from ambulance crew"

I felt the need to give praise to the excellent crew who arrived to take my Mother to hospital after a fall.

I phoned for a non - urgent ambulance as the situation wasnot life threatening and was told they did not know how long it would be.

I must have been lucky as it arrived with half an hour and she was in Worthing hospital within the hour. Had an x ray within two hours and was diagnosed with a broken hip.

I know the ambulance service gets bad press but on this occasion I have nothing but praise.

They were both so kind to my 99 year old
