"A+E and ward 76a"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

My 90 year old father was rushed into A+E on the evening of 3rd November and I must say that the whole team who were on shift that Friday evening were absolutely amazing.

A massive thank you to all who treated dad with so much kindness, compassion and professionalism.

He was transferred to ward 76a where he is still currently being looked after.

A special thanks you to a nurse that looked after dad and all the staff who are keeping him comfortable.

Dad has Dementia, is blind and is catheterised so this is not an easy time for him.

Keep up the good work...it is greatly appreciated!

I am very grateful to you for taking the time to comment on your experience of our hospital. Feedback such as yours has such a positive impact on our staff morale. I will ensure I share your kind words with the teams in A&E and on ward 76a.

Thank you again.

With best wishes
