"Best experience I have ever had at a hospital"

My first ever stay over in hospital and I was lucky enough to have my operation for a severe meniscus tear at the Nuffield in Exeter via bupa. The whie experience so far from start to finish has far exceeded my expectations. The patient care I recieved from everyone was undoubtedly better than any high class service I have experienced before. I felt like I mattered and that I was being cared for. From the surgeons to the nurses to the physio and aftercare team everyone I came into contact with was so friendly, caring and treated me with an apropriate level of apathy.

I was so scared of having an operation before going in and now would be confident, should I need a level of care again that I would be well looked after by this team. Thank you everyone ! You have been superb!
