Me and my fiance had our 20 week anomaly scan today. The sonographer was extremely informative, calm and carried out the checks in an unhurried manner. He showed us both the screen and all the main organs/areas that they check to assess the babies' health.
We wanted to know the sex of the baby (a boy!) and he was very professional asking us before the scan started if we wanted to know. Reassurance was offered throughout, vital with this being our first baby. A wonderful experience and this man was a credit to his profession. With a bonus being that we were out within 30 minutes (including waiting time beforehand!)
