"Third Rate Practice"

About: Friarsgate Practice

My own experience at Frairsgate Practrice has been negative.

Doctors do not have sufficient knowledge over and above the common cold and I have been on the receiving end of mis-diagnoses three times in six months.

I find my own doctor very lassez-faire and when I question anything they simply argue rather than allays my fears.

I would never bring my children here.

Getting an appointment requires setting an entire morning aside and that is just to make an appointment especially when I hear .."and you are in queue position 12" and often gets cut off.

Rarely are the reception staff clued-up and helpful.

They had someone answering the phone for a while who was great, always impartial and knew exactly what to do if you needed to clarify something. Regrettably, the others members of staff would struggle with the meaning of such a word.

Thankfully, I have found a better way to cure my ailments.

The Practice is very sorry to hear of your experience and are always happy to investigate any concerns raised by our patients. We are aware that sometimes there can be a longer wait than we would like to get through to the practice and have recently employed two new members to our reception team to help with this. As you have chosen to remain anonymous we are unable to look into this specifically but, if you would like to contact the Friarsgate Practice and give your name to either the Practice Manager or the Patient Services Manager we will of course respond appropriately.
