Finding the building wasn't difficult but finding the entrance and car park was as they were poorly signed.
All the staff, bar one, that I met were friendly and reassuring.
The atmosphere in the building was cheerful and the cafe was well stocked.
The One Stop service is brilliant and waiting, which I was expecting, was not a problem with a personal TV in all of the individual booths.
Overall I would have no problem recommending the Circle Nottingham Opthalmology treatment centre.
