"Rude beyond belief"

Spoke to the rudest, arrogant person who informed me they were a member of the practice management. we are often reminded that abuse will not be tolerated within NHS

I wholeheartedly agree with that, this should also apply to patients being verbally abused at this practice by the practice management, disgraceful.

When trying to make an appointment You are always in a queue, usually caller number five, very difficult to get an appointment, have to speak to the duty dr and wobetide you if you miss their call

Definitely need to change surgery, and just read that they are the third worst practice in Rugby, not something to be proud of.
