"Excellent Skin Clinic, Ealing Hospital"

I am so impressed with this clinic.

Very helpful, kind, co-operative and lovely genuine staff. Excellent service. I nearly fell over (not literally) when I was even offered a cup of tea and biscuits while I waited.

Not that I had to wait long.

I never complain when waiting in any of the departments of the NHS that I have had the good fortune to use over my 38 years living in London, and I am grateful that this country still has one of the world's most remarkable health services ever invented. But I hardly waited this morning for my skin procedure, and the staff remembered me and treated me with genuine care and warm professionalism.

I could not be more happy with the service I have received in the Skin (Dermatology) Clinic.
