"Brilliant service and professional staffs"

Haven’t been to St lukes in 12 years and a lot has changed since then,

As soon as We drove into the car park, found a bay right next to the entrance(perfect),

Walked in and asked at the reception where our destination was, was given precise directions,

Got to the breast screening ward and the receptionist was very very polite and warm, spoke softly with a smile, one automatically felt comfortable, appointment was at 9:25am and for the first time, we was called exactly at 9:25am,

We was welcomed into the examination room by some wonderful nurses and then the doctor came in, another polite professional person, within 20 mins all was done,

Overall 10/10
