I turned up today after falling down steps swollen ankle , the staff at reception were quick to stop their conversation and attend to me, was impressed with their patient communication. the nurse who saw me was very friendly helpful and attentive. X-ray was also same treatment and fast. Results torn ligaments in side of ankle , great advice and put at ease

I want to say thank ive been to few hospitals with various people inc my son and I have to say Bucklands is at the top of my list.
