"Lack of empathy"

The receptionists are the best I've ever met...very kind, patient and have a caring attitude.

But one particular GP may be highly qualified but lacks empathy and I shall not see them again.

Since apparently it's difficult to get appointments with the other doctors I wonder if the other patients feel the same way about this doctor as I do ??

I have only been the once to register ...but I shall now register with another practice....although a bus ride away....will be well worth it.

It's a shame because the receptionists are so welcoming and helpful.

I was reluctant to change GP's but had to for change of address.....

I was already prescribed antidepressants from previous GP.....but no....they wanted to know how I was feeling and to explain...

So forced to rake everything up...confidential things I did not wish to talk about.....I left the surgery feeling very very depressed, disappointed and let down.

Their social skills leave a lot to be desired ...I will never see them again
