What could be improved

better care over their patients, dismissing someone in pain is not acceptable

Anything else?

after my partner was smashed into while driving i took him to A&E at the friarage the following day as the pain was getting worse in his neck back and the pins and needles in his hands. after it taking nearly 2 and a half hours of waiting he was seen by a doctor who after asking what the problem was informed him their was nothing they could do, "you have just pulled a muscle". this consultation took approximately 1 1/2 minutes and was told to take paracetamols. im disgusted, my partner was hit with such force the car is a write off. no tests xrays or proper atttention was taken. my partner is not one for moaning and i had to drag him there to be told go home. it is now several hours later and i am making him an appointment to see the doctor first thing in the morning as he needs stronger pain killers which is not something i should have to do. this is not acceptable to dismiss a neck injury without taking the time to check the symptoms and injured area of which none of this was done.
