"horrific malpractice."

What I liked

The amberlance crew were fantastic and very fast(proberly best thing about the whole incident!). receptionist was very helpful. starter nurse was very attentative and caring towards my mother(the patient).

What could be improved

mother was rushed to hospital with severe back pain, couldnt move and had pain in two differant areas of her back. nurse gave cocktail of drugs that caused a horrendous burning in her stomach,. when the so called doctor came in to examine her he put her through vigerous tests to test her movement even though he could see everything he was asking was putting her through more pain then neccessary! did not have a clue what was up with her supposably went to speak to a senior when i clearly watched him go to a cabinet for a few minutes before returning to tell us she had go home because it was just a muscle spasm. he got this diagnosis without looking at her back any x-ray or anything! when i questioned the nurse about it he came back in and poked about before again claiming muscle spasm. gave us paracetamol diasapan and sent her home after seeing she couldnot walk or even move her left arm about shoulder height. said a pysio would be sent out to the house to get her up and moving again a week has now gone past and no phone call or letter. upon leaving he was sat in his chair having a good laugh with the nurse while watching my mother move inches at a time towards the door. disgraceful hospital, horrible doctor who should have his 'purple shirt' removed at once
