What I liked

I attended the ophthalmology outpatient clinic. I was very impressed by the time the consultant spent with me, explaining my symptoms and suggesting things I could do to relieve them.

I was seen promptly, and I found all the clinical staff and the receptionist friendly and welcoming even though the clinic was very busy. Everyone seemed to work together very efficiently to minimise waiting around between tests.
