Today terrible experience has finally made me decide to speak up. I have been apart of this surgery since being in Southampton which is 15 years at this point and I I can never recall having a good experience here.
Whether it be them refusing to give me repeat prescriptions. Sceptic, apathetic and rude staff. Not giving me my anxiety medication after coming to them for months and having a full-on breakdown in their room. The fact that when I leave for work at 7 in the morning there is usually a line of 20 people waiting to just be able to book an appointment because it’s that essentially impossible to book by phone. The fact that if you call them at certain time of the day they just don’t answer the phone, I’ve even called while in the doctor’s surgery to test, they just don’t care to answer some times. Them losing and finding your medication. Wait times for phone calls that have exceed 4 hours from when they said. The staff that is friendly and nice are inexperience.
This is the worst surgery I can imagine. So bad that I had to use my boyfriend’s address so I could go to the far far superior surgery and I have never looked back. Other than one of good stories, I have never seen anyone who goes her praise the surgery for anything apart from it's ability to reach new lows.
