"The service is great but a couple of things could be better"

About: Ashley House / Substance Misuse Service

(as the patient),

This service is as good as it gets but there are one or two things that could be better. Examples are like music and newspapers daily in the front reception and maybe a vending machine for drinks and chocolate and crisps etc.

One more thing, The breakfast club is a brilliant idea and the people who run it are warm and welcoming

It's good to know you have been getting a good service from Ashley House .Yours is also one of several positive postings we have had about the breakfast club which is great and I am sure that those who run it are very appreciative as they are being made aware of the comments we have been getting.

We are always trying to improve the reception area and I will ensure your suggestions are discussed .A good example of this would be that we are in the process of getting a computer for the reception area so that more people can make comments to patient opinion such as the one you have made.
