"The worst experience ever"

About: Crown Heights Medical Centre

Been told by one of the "doctors" it is normal to be having regular headaches for two years and there is nothing they can do. After showing a letter from another hospital where they request MRI and additional cardiology check out, the person says they can't read cardiogram, can't help me with my xray for back injury as well ir not trained to read xrays and sends me home.

Dear Elina

Thank you for making us aware of your concerns and we are sort that the service you received from the surgery did not meet your expectations.

We have been able to identify your consultation and read the notes the doctor made.

There appears to be a misunderstanding. The doctor asked if you would make another appointment and bring with you the reports you brought to your initial consultation but translated into English. This would enable her to establish what has been investigated/found, and plan your care from there. It would appear you were in agreement with this, but as yet haven't made a further appointment. Please contact us to make an appointment and we can establish your care plan going forward.

Many thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention.
